Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item must be unwashed and unworn with all original tags and documentation.

Refunds are processed once the items have been returned and processed pack to Holistic Fulfilment.

Adapt runs true to size, but every product has its own cut. A rashguard, a Gi, and leggings don't fit the same way, so check the size guide for the specific item rather than assuming your usual size carries across.

If you're between sizes, size up for a looser roll or down for a tighter compression fit. Both are valid depending on how you train, not a wrong answer.
